RainBow NFT DEPIN/RWA Incubate is a public chain application incubation service plan initiated by the IRISnet Foundation and executed by RainBow NFT Studio. The project draws on prior experience with public chain incubation and innovatively incorporates hardware/physical asset models using NFTs, promoting the adoption of Layer 3 (L3) ecosystem applications and protocols.

  • Operate IRIS Studio as the official IRIS NETWORK project incubator, managing business PR and SPACE collaborations.
  • Host 1–2 official SPACE sessions per month (English for IRIS Studio, Chinese for the official community).
  • Publish 1–2 Chinese articles monthly.
  • Gain over 10 KOL reposts of IRIS NETWORK marketing efforts (e.g., WeChat, Twitter articles, offline events, online SPACE sessions).

Offline Activities:

  • Showcase logos at suitable offline events (arranged by us).
  • Recommend premium offline events for roadshows (additional sponsorship fees apply).
  • Execute IRIS global activity tours (upon delegation).

Funding Requests and Budget Breakdown

We seek funding from IRISnet to cover the significant development and operational costs associated with the DEPIN/RWA Incubate Project. This grant will alleviate financial pressures and enable the successful execution of the project. Based on our workload assessment, the total cost to complete all three milestones exceeds $100,000. Upon completion of each milestone, we will sync progress with the IRISnet team and assist in project acceptance. This funding will significantly enhance our products, providing an improved development experience for the IRISnet community.

Budget Allocation:

  • Milestone 1: $30,000.
  • Milestone 2: $30,000.
  • Milestone 3: $40,000.

Note: This proposal serves as a comprehensive plan for the DEPIN/RWA Incubate Project. Due to the extended operational cycle, the budget is quoted entirely in USD to mitigate the impact of IRIS price fluctuations.
