FindTruman has achieved significant traction on IRISnet now — onboraded 150K+ players with NFT badges, and attracted 800+ active creators who have published 800+ games on IRISnet. Currently, we propose a next-gen agentic creation engine that will drive viral user growth, scalable content creation and long-term engagement on IRISnet. We will continue building on IRISnet and strive to boost on-chain activity to support the revival of IRISnet. Please support us!
2. Description of Your Project
Our next-gen agentic creation engine is built on following core parts:
1/ IRIS-centered User Viral Growth System
Designed to drive viral user growth and effectively onboard a large number of new users into the IRISnet ecosystem.
- Creation Incentive Module: IRIS token is used to incentivize the creation of games and web applications, with a real-time leaderboard ranking participant submissions by popularity and rewarding winners automatically through IRIS smart contracts. We will host creation events with partners. During creation event period (e.g., Season 6, lasting two weeks), all the user registration, entries submission and content popularity are recorded on-chain.
- Referral Incentive Module: IRIS token is used to incentivize referral behavior through smart contract automatically. Users can generate unique referral link to invite others. When a new user registers through a referral link, both the inviter and the invitee receive IRIS token via smart contract, encouraging organic community growth. All referral relationships are recorded on-chain.
- Advanced Tool Unlock Module: IRIS token serves as credit to use our advanced tools (e.g., AI graphics generation, code generation and so on). Users can recharge credits with IRIS token or earn free credits by inviting new members. More valid referral invites means more credit for advanced AI tool usage. This fuels viral growth.
2/ IRIS-centered Content Growth & Monetization System
Built to encourage continuous creation of high-quality games and web apps, while rewarding creators based on contributed content volume and popularity with IRIS token.
- Content Booster Module: As a form of daily incentive, creators automatically receive IRIS token and “Creative Spark” NFTs based on the amount of content they publish. This can encourage sustained creativity. When creators publish their games and web apps, their address, timestamp will be recorded on-chain. Unlike the Creation Incentive Module (which only applies to event period), this module works continuously: once one published content reaches certain number of likes, the creator will automatically receive the incentive.
- Popularity Growth Module: Smart contract distributes IRIS token and “Popularity Builder” NFTs to creators with popular creations. On-chain metrics such the number of “likes” and “views” determine content popularity.
- Gift NFT Tipping Module: Users can purchase Gift NFTs with their IRIS token to tip creators. Creators can redeem these NFTs for IRIS tokens through a burn-and-claim process. This can boost on-chain activity from both tippers and creators.
3/ IRIS-centered Long-Term Engagement System
A user retention mechanism that promotes continuous engagement, encourages consistent on-chain activity on IRISnet.
- Daily Check-In Module: Active users automatically receive IRIS token rewards, with access to personal check-in history and cumulative IRIS token earnings to boost retention. User login behavior is recorded using wallet addresses and timestamps.
- On-Chain Game Challenges: We launch blockchain-integrated games like “Tank Battle”, where players stake IRIS token or use Prop NFTs to enter. Rewards are drawn from an IRIS prize pool(funded by players’ staked token) and distributed based on in-game performance.
4/ Creation Side — Revolutionary Agentic Framework (Like GPT for Multiplayer Game and Web App Making):
Our platform offers self-developed agentic framework that allows user to create games and Web Apps without coding skills. Users simply talk to AI agents about their games and Web App ideas, our AI agents can then generate all the code and graphics for them.

- Social interaction: Real-time multiplayer features for global users, voice chat, and social sharing functions – including giving likes, comments and social sharing – all designed to keep users engaged.
- Achievements & incentives mechanism: Users are rewarded based on their activity and performance – from IRIS token payouts to exclusive NFTs. Users will get an enhanced experience through in-app purchases. For creators, fans can send Gift NFTs as a form of appreciation and support, creating a rewarding feedback loop between creators and their audience.
- Community-driven ecosystem: Creators and users can engage with each other through likes, comments, and social sharing. This builds a vibrant, interactive space that fuels growth and innovation.

- Creation Incentive Module: IRIS token is used to incentivize the creation of games and web applications. Develop the function of on-chain tracking of user registration, entries submission, popularity and leaderboard during creation events period, and rewarding winners through IRIS smart contract.
- Referral Incentive Module: IRIS token is used to incentivize referral behavior through smart contracts automatically. Generate unique invitation links and record referral relationships on-chain. Automatically distributes IRIS token to both the inviter and invitee via smart contract.

IRIS token will serve as credit to use our advanced tools. - Popularity Growth Module: Develop the popularity growth module that collects the “views” and “likes” data from on-chain source. Based on pre-set reward metrics, a smart contract distributes IRIS token and “Popularity Builder” NFTs to creators.
- Creator Tipping Module: Deploy Gift NFT contracts to allow users and fans to purchase with IRIS token to tip creators for their high-quality content. These Gift NFTs can be burned and exchanged for IRIS token, encouraging the production of high quality content.
3/ IRIS-Centered User Long-Term Engagement System
- Daily Check-in Module: Develop the smart contract for user daily check-in, recording login activity via user address and timestamp. Automatically distributes IRIS token rewards to active users and allows users to view their check-in history and accumulated rewards, thereby promoting user retention.
4/ Revolutionary Agentic Framework
- High-Performance Agentic Framework: Develop the new agentic framework that enable users to finish core functionality of games and Web Apps through just three rounds of conversation with AI, significantly boosting creation efficiency and quality.
- Capability to Create Multiplayer Game: Allow the development of real-time multiplayer logic, including character control, live interaction, and state synchronization, showcasing strong social features.

- Partner with 10 new universities and NGOs: Collaborate with universities and NGOs worldwide to promote the platform and increase IRISnet’s exposure.

We plan to request a total of 55K USD in grants based on the milestone setting. The budget will be allocated as follows:
