In the past three years, we have worked hard as an official and approved community in the project, closely collaborating with the experienced and professional team. Additionally, we have positioned ourselves as one of the largest and most impactful communities in the project.
IRISnet Persian Team:

Amir Mohammad: An experienced community manager with around 5 years of contributing to the growth and development of various projects such as Sandbox, IoTeX, Algorand, etc., in both local and global communities.

Ali: A skilled content creator with years of experience in the blockchain space, having significantly contributed to the growth of projects such as Conflux, Boson Protocol, etc. in local communities.

Hossein: In recent years, Hossein has gained experience in managing social networks and is known as someone highly capable in administration, scheduling, and organizing various events.
What is the purpose of our proposal? What are the benefits or outcomes for the IRIS Community?
This proposal fosters community engagement, decentralizes decision-making, and enhances project inclusivity. It can lead to diverse perspectives, increased adoption, and improved project awareness, creating a more resilient and well-rounded ecosystem. Additionally, local initiatives can drive grassroots growth, forming strong connections between the project and its users.
Implementing our proposal involves several key steps:

Community Management: As a team, we provide 24/7 support to users and ecosystem contributors, answering queries with the knowledge we have gained over the years with the IRISnet.

Content Creation: We intend to create educational/analytical contents based on the provided technical and general data, allowing users to interact with the ecosystem and experience IRISnet dapps, in addition to their regular activities.

SNS Management: According to our plan, we aim to expand our activities beyond Telegram, which is our target community, to X, Instagram, and Discord, attracting attention towards the project.

Event Organization: We organize monthly events to facilitate faster community growth, allowing more users to benefit from incentives. These campaigns can include online, offline events, or collaboration with other crypto communities. Reports for each event will be provided monthly.
Community Funding:
We are looking for a $400 budget in $IRIS ($350 management & translation + $50 upcoming campaign) funding for services, support and side activities. This proposal is defined on a monthly basis, and before sending our next proposal, we provide a report of our activities, achievements and next goals.
